Orientation Condition

I feel like it may be handy to have a rule condition be a specific orientation, rather than a change of orientation. This would allow you to enable/disable the rule by flipping Twine over.

For example, while I'm at home I can have the top up (rules disabled), and then flip it over when I leave to enable the rules. This should avoid any extraneous alerts if I accidentally trigger it myself.

That's already there, the rule "Orientation changes to x" really means, "orientation is now"

Sorry, I just read your suggestion again, and I believe you are right - we need an "orientation is x" rule
